Sibalom Water District Anniversary Chess Tournament
The 2nd Sibalom Water District Anniversary Chess Open Tournament will be on October 1, 2010. It will be played on a seven (7) round Swiss system. Hon. Joel P. Occena, Sibalom Municipal Mayor, will do the ceremonial first move. Sibalom Water District will be celebrating its 15th Year Anniversary of Operation.
