11 year old Angie Lou S. Matriano of Tobias Fornier, Antique wins the Atty. Hector Legazpi Frangue 12- under Christmas chess tournament last December 11, 2010 at the Alex and Al cafe and Snackhouse, Sibalom, Antique. A 3-way tie for second place were shared by 9 year old Benju Castillon of Bugasong, 11 year old April Marie Magbanua of Tobias Fornier, and 7 ear old Gerald Michael Hans Bartolo of Bugasong. Cash prizes and chess materials were given. Photos also shows Engr. Jonathan De Gracia, President of the Antique Chess Society awarding the prizes.
