Lou Vincent Baculna won the Gold medal in Board 1 of the ongoing West Visayas Regional Athletic Meet Chess (Elementary Level). He bested players from Negros, Iloilo, Aklan, Capiz and Guimaras.
Lou Baculna will represent Western Visayas in the Palarong Pambansa. Conratulations!!!
