13 Year old Lou Vincent Baculna clearly dominated the 18 Under Youth Chess Tournament held at the Alex and Al cafe and Snackhouse, Sibalom, Antique last August 15, 2009. Second Place went to to Mon Aldrin Farren. Third Place went to Vea Alyssa Amedo.
